Can’t Access Cloud App

This can be for a couple of reasons:

·         The Master unit is not connected to the internet
to resolve, connect Registrar Master Unit to your network/internet via Ethernet cable or WiFi.  Also allow it access to the internet via the settings if required.

 

·         The Firewall or Network/Domain settings will not allow two way traffic from http://cloud.geneeworld.com.  To resolve – Get your network provider to “Whitelist” the web address.
